CLE - Continuing Legal Education

This year's Summit will be accredited for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for legal professionals. The number of credits awarded is pending and varies by state bar.

Approved States

OHIO — 10.5 total CLE credit hours (approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education)
CALIFORNIA — 10.5 total MCLE credit hours (California's Approved Jurisdiction policy applies)
NEW YORK — 10.5 total CLE credit hours (New York's Approved Jurisdiction policy applies)
PENNSYLVANIA — 12.00 Substantive Credits including 1.00 Ethics Credits (Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board)
DELAWARE — 12.30 credits, including 1.3 Enhanced Ethics credits
TEXAS — 9.50 Accredited Hours (Texas MCLE and State Bar College)
INDIANA — 10.5 total CLE credit hours including 1.3 Ethics hours (Supreme Court Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education)
MINNESOTA — 12.00 standard credit hours (Supreme Court of Minnesota Board of Continuing Legal Education)

CE - Continuing Education Credits

Attendees at this year's Summit can receive CE credit for attending either Day 1 or both days of the Summit. The number of credits approved differ by state and vary between 7 and 15. The procedures for receiving credit also vary by state. October Research will issue certificates of attendance to all attendees who request one.
