The Compliance Track
Addressing the sea of legislative and regulatory change, the compliance track focuses squarely on changes at the federal and state levels, as well as challenges in the courts. Noted speakers will address RESPA, the Dodd-Frank Act and the implementation of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, changes to the Truth in Lending Act that could impact the closing table, new appraisal standards, the latest case law and enforcement.
