Title insurance to swing with the King at NS3

Several industry experts are lined up to speak at the event. Scheduled as the opening, keynote speaker is Earl Lee, president of The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. Julie Joseforsky, new president of Key Bank’s Mortgage Services will be a featured speaker and moderator as well, and on the second day of the summit, Patrick Stone, vice chairman of Metrocities Mortgage, will be speak at a luncheon.

With a focus on the development of sales skills and marketing strategies for the post-refi boom era, the summit will offer a customized curriculum, according to officials at October Research Corp. It will address the needs of independent title agents, sales managers and business development professionals. Interactive roundtable sessions, special follow-up Q & A breakouts and keynotes will highlight customer needs of the title and settlement services industry: Realtors, mortgage originators and homebuilders.
