Elise M. Pollard is a 30 year old attorney licensed to practice law in RI and MA. She formed a firm a year and a half ago after working for a large title company and being frustrated with the service levels being provided to clients. Pollard Law currently employs two attorneys and three paralegals, and is primarily focused on residential lending and related real estate matters. Currently her firm is licensed in RI, MA, NH, VA and FL, with Connecticut soon to follow. “Customer satisfaction is a key ingredient in her success,” said nominator Steve Pollard. “Even though Elisa manages a title request volume which continues to grow exponentially and currently surpasses the average volume of most large firms, she does this all without advertising.”
Elise is heavily involved every week locally as a teacher at her local church, and is dedicated to pro bono work. Under her direction, Pollard Law has dedicated hundreds of hours in the past year to helping the less fortunate in the community. What was your first job in the settlement services industry?
