Michael Detwiler is CEO of Denver-based Mortgage Cadence Inc. and oversees strategic planning for the overall operations of the company. He is also responsible for sales and marketing, and managing the Mortgage Cadence product and services.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Detwiler was president of 3t Systems where he facilitated the launch of the Mortgage Cadence product in 1999. Under his management, 3t Systems was recognized for three consecutive years by Inc. Magazine as one of the top 500 fastest growing private U.S. companies.

My background is manufacturing. In that industry we were always looking for a way to build widgets faster and cheaper while never sacrificing quality. Technology gives mortgage lenders the ability to “build mortgages” faster and cheaper while offering better customer service and a better quality product. Mortgage Cadence has a vision to help the Mortgage Lending arena innovate itself through technology.
What about your job gives you the most satisfaction?
Seeing Mortgage Cadence succeed and seeing each individual’s contribution to that success and how that gives people more confidence and desire to continue to succeed.
